Pasted Graphic PAT Testing
The Electricity at Work Regulations place a legal responsibility on employers to take reasonable practical steps to ensure no danger results from the use of any electrical appliances.

For safety reasons, more insurance companies are insisting that Portable Appliance Testing is carried out before an insurance policy can be renewed.

Our PAT Testing Procedure

The level of inspection and testing depends on the type of appliance and the risk of it becoming faulty taking into account the environment in which it is used. All this will be discussed with you before any testing is carried out.

All our work is carried out to IEE Regulations and The Electricity at Work Act 1989 and is inclusive of minor repairs and retests plus:
  • Replacement of standard plug tops and fuses where necessary
  • All Pass / Fail Labels
  • Unique barcoded asset number for identification
  • Record of each asset inspected and tested, including company name, location, description, test result and next test due date
  • Secure online reports
